any individual or entity purchasing products through the Site (the “Customer”, “you”, or “your”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract under U.S. law.
2. Products
Elōa sells apparel and shapewear products, including but not limited to tank tops, tops, and garments with built-in support.
All product descriptions, images, sizing guides, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
Colors, fit, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.
Elōa reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Prices & Currency
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD $).
Prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, or duties unless explicitly stated.
Applicable sales tax may be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination.
Elōa reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The price charged will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders & Acceptance
An order is considered placed once:

Checkout information is completed

Payment is successfully processed
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
This email does not constitute acceptance of the order — acceptance occurs when the order is shipped.
Elōa reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or prior disputes.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., credit/debit cards, digital wallets).
Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
Elōa does not store or have access to your full payment information.
6. Shipping & Delivery (United States)
Elōa ships primarily within the United States.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or force majeure events are outside Elōa’s control.
Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact customer support promptly.
7. Returns & Right to Cancel
7.1 General Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unwashed

In original condition

With original tags and packaging intact
⚠️ Hygiene & Intimate Apparel Policy
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, intimate apparel and shapewear items that have been worn, washed, or had protective seals removed are NOT eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
This policy complies with U.S. consumer protection standards.
7.2 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to:

A defective product

An incorrect item shipped by Elōa
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
8. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of Seller error.
9. Exchanges
Elōa does not guarantee direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to exchange an item may be required to place a new order.
10. No Medical Claims
Elōa products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Any references to support, posture, lift, or comfort are not medical claims and should not be interpreted as such.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law.
Elōa makes no express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where legally required.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elōa shall not be liable for:

Elōa’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, branding, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Elōa.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
14. Personal Data & Privacy
Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws and Elōa’s Privacy Policy.
Customers have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
